Anchored Meadows LLC is a sustainable farmstead nestled in the most southern rural parts of Suffolk,VA. Our mission is to cultivate high-quality, organically-grown produce and homemade goods while promoting environmental stewardship and community engagement through our poultry processing services & lessons.
About Us
We are the Vances. We are a Christian, Navy, homesteading, homeschooling, and homemaking family of soon-to-be nine just trying to teach self-sustainability while maintaining a healthy presence of grace, mercy and truth in all things we do. Anchored Meadows is a full reflection of what we've felt we've been called to do. We aim to share both the abundance, knowledge, experience and above all else, the gospel with as many as we can. What We Offer
Our Porch Shoppe
Offering custom baked and homemade goods including but not limited to regular and seasonally-flavored zucchini bread, cakes, cookies, muddy buddies (puppy chow), garlic sauce, pickles, jams, jellies and more! Located right on our farm porch! Pre-order or visit us in person!
Poultry Processing
Whether you have surprise roosters or tried to commit to meat birds, yourself, and just can't find the time (or heart) to do the processing yourself, we are here to help! Offering processing for all chickens, ducks, or turkeys, packaged whole or parted-out for all your personal consumption needs!
Educational Classes
COMING SOON! We will soon be offering educational classes for all on everything homesteading, including but not limited to food preservation, from-scratch recipe making, animal husbandry, poultry processing, gardening, and much more!
